A check-in desk operates at the resort Sunday through Thursday 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Friday through Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. After-hours arrivals use the alternate location at Majestic Sun. One vehicle is included per unit; additional vehicles park at Majestic Sun for a $10 fee per stay. A $250 security deposit hold is required at check-in via credit card. BNB Services does not collect these fees. Minimum age for check-in is 21. The resort has no elevators. No live construction affects current operations.
