Text messaging (SMS) terms — guests

These terms apply to SMS and text messages from BNB Services LLC related to the guest marketplace on bnbthis.com (bookings, stays, account, and support). Owner / lead SMS for timeshare owners is covered separately at owners.bnbthis.com/sms-terms.

1. Program name

BNB Services LLC Guest Stay SMS Program (when enabled on this marketplace).

2. Program status

Guest SMS may be used for transactional stay and account messages when the channel is enabled. Primary guest communication today is email and in-app support. We will not send guest marketing SMS without an unchecked-by-default SMS consent on a public bnbthis.com form.

3. Who we text

Only mobile numbers submitted on bnbthis.com forms (or prior BNB Services guest forms) where the person checked an unchecked-by-default SMS consent box. Phone number alone is not consent. We do not buy, rent, or scrape SMS lists. We do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

4. What messages we send (when enabled)

Transactional and informational messages about that guest’s own stay or account, for example:

  • Booking confirmations, reminders, and reservation updates
  • Payment or checkout notices when booking is live
  • Account security (including verification codes)
  • Customer support follow-ups about their stay
  • Next-step links on bnbthis.com related to their booking or account

5. Consent language (when a form collects SMS)

I agree to receive transactional and informational SMS and MMS from BNB Services LLC at the mobile number I provided about my booking, stay, account, or support request. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See SMS Terms, Privacy Policy, and Terms.

6. Frequency, rates, STOP, HELP

  • Message frequency varies with booking and support activity.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to opt out.
  • Reply HELP or INFO, or contact (866) 423-5302 / support@bnbthis.com.

7. Privacy

Phone numbers and SMS opt-in are handled under our Privacy policy. Mobile opt-in is given only to BNB Services LLC and is not sold or shared for others’ marketing. Processors (for example Twilio) deliver our messages only.
