Welcome to BNB Services("we", "us"). By using our website and marketplace services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The marketplace
We operate an online marketplace where guests browse resorts and suite types for short-term stays. Inventory is published and managed through BNB Services systems. When live booking is available, you pay BNB Services as merchant of record for eligible stays. The site may run in preview mode before checkout opens.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Hosts must only list inventory they are authorized to offer.
3. Bookings & payments
Booking requests, confirmations, cancellations, and payments (including Stripe Checkout when enabled) are subject to listing rules (min stay, availability) and host or platform policies. Fees shown before payment are estimates until checkout is completed.
4. Partner API
API access requires a marketplace account and approval. Keys must not be shared. You are responsible for data you sync and for keeping inventory accurate.
5. Acceptable use
Do not abuse the platform, scrape without permission, post illegal content, or interfere with other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Text messaging (SMS / MMS)
When you opt in on a bnbthis.com form, BNB Services LLC may send transactional and informational SMS/MMS about your booking, stay, account, or support request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Program details: SMS terms. Mobile opt-in is given only to BNB Services LLC and is not shared with third parties for their marketing. Owner / lead SMS terms live on owners.bnbthis.com/sms-terms.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every listing is accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
