On-site parking is available at no charge, though spaces are limited and boats, RVs, and trailers cannot be accommodated. A $100 security deposit hold is required at check-in via credit card; BNB Services does not collect this fee. Front desk hours are 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily. Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. Guests must be at least 21 years old. The property is a Wyndham-affiliated timeshare resort with villa-style accommodations and is not a private home or cabin. Nearby draws include Surfside Beach, Myrtle Beach boardwalk, an aquarium, live entertainment venues, and state park passes available through the resort. No major construction currently affects guest areas. Recreation wristbands are issued at check-in for amenity and shuttle access.
