Midtown 45 offers a calm, design-forward escape for business travelers, couples, and small families who want easy access to Manhattan without the chaos of Times Square. Located in the heart of Midtown East, the resort sits just a short walk from Grand Central Terminal and the city’s major subway lines, making it simple to reach the United Nations, Chrysler Building, Fifth Avenue shopping, and Bryant Park. On-site amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, laundry facilities, complimentary Wi-Fi, and the exclusive Owner Lounge on the 33rd floor with panoramic skyline views and indoor-outdoor seating. 24-hour security and front desk staff are always available. There is no pool on the property. The surrounding neighborhood is vibrant yet walkable. Guests can reach Rockefeller Center, Times Square, and the Empire State Building in minutes by foot or quick transit. Central Park and world-class museums are also nearby. A $250 security deposit hold is placed on your card at check-in and released after checkout. BNB Services does not collect this hold or any parking fees. Nearby construction at the adjacent building may produce daytime noise and dust through December 2025. This is a hybrid timeshare and hotel property. No timeshare presentation is required. The minimum age for check-in is 21, and quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM at the front desk.
