Bay Club 2 sits inside the 2,400-acre Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, offering families and couples a relaxed base with direct access to Choctawhatchee Bay and resort amenities. Guests enjoy an outdoor seasonal swimming pool, children's pool, sunbathing area, barbecue and picnic spots, catch-and-release pond, walking trails, basketball court, and on-site fitness center. A business center, elevator access, and 24-hour security complete the commons. The property is located at 120 Sandestin Boulevard in North Miramar Beach, Florida, within the larger Sandestin community. A complimentary seasonal shuttle serves the Wharf and beach; a car is recommended for full Sandestin exploration. Nearby draws include championship golf courses, tennis facilities, marina activities, and dining at Baytowne Wharf, all reachable in minutes. Check-in occurs at Majestic Sun, 77 Seascape Blvd. The front desk operates 24 hours. A $250 security deposit hold is required via credit or debit card at arrival; BNB Services does not collect this fee. Standard on-site parking is free, though RVs, motorcycles, and trailers are prohibited on property. Secured off-site parking is available nearby for a nominal fee. Guest notes: The neighboring Bay Club I undergoes exterior repairs through December 31, 2024, with noise, dust, and crews possible 9 a.m.–6 p.m. Monday–Saturday. Additional roof repairs at Bay Club 2 run February 1–March 2, 2025, 9 a.m.–6 p.m. Monday–Friday. Dates may shift. Fitness center and bike rentals carry nominal fees. Minimum check-in age is 21; no parties, pets, smoking, or events permitted. Quiet hours are 10 p.m.–8 a.m. Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM at the front desk. The person checking in must be at least 21.
