On-site amenities include a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and children’s pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, fitness center, activities center, tennis court, volleyball court, racquetball court, basketball court, pickleball court, horseshoes, and picnic area. Additional resort features comprise laundry facilities, movie rentals, shared computer with internet, concierge services, and ski/mountain bike storage. A winter ski shuttle runs to nearby slopes, while the recreation center houses the pool and hot tub open daily with posted rules. The resort sits in a rural mountain location minutes from Pineview Reservoir for fishing, kayaking, and hiking. Ogden’s charming streets, museums, and dining lie a short drive away. No elevators serve the property. Parking is limited and cannot accommodate boats, RVs, or trailers. There is no parking fee and no security deposit hold; BNB Services does not collect either. Note that the basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts remain closed until further notice. The resort provides 24-hour front desk service. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This property is ideal for travelers wanting resort conveniences without timeshare obligations or branded club towers. The person checking in must be at least 21.
