Pacific Avenue shops and restaurants are a short stroll, while the Long Beach Boardwalk, World Kite Museum, and Gray Whale Skeleton display sit within minutes. Lewis and Clark historic sites, state parks, and coastal trails are nearby for day trips. Quiet hours run 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. The property is non-smoking and does not allow pets or events. Minimum age to book is 21. Front desk operates 8 a.m.–10 p.m. daily. Elevator refurbishment is scheduled March 15–19, 2027; one elevator remains available at a time. Exterior and interior renovations continue through November 2026, which may bring temporary noise, dust, limited parking, and reduced barbecue access. Dates are subject to change. BNB Services collects neither parking fees nor security deposits. Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM at the front desk.
