The resort sits steps from charming shops, restaurants, and galleries while providing easy access to the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad. This resort property suits couples, small families, and outdoor enthusiasts seeking a mix of relaxation and adventure. On-site features focus on comfort after a day of exploration, with limited self-parking available for a nightly fee. A $250 credit-card security authorization is required at check-in; BNB Services does not collect these charges. Note the ongoing construction across the street through September 2025, which may cause noise, dust, odors, and periodic one-lane or full road closures from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Additional renovations are scheduled October 26–December 12, 2024, potentially affecting amenity access and parking. Guests checking in must be 21 or older. Nearby attractions include hiking and biking trails in San Juan National Forest, white-water rafting, horseback riding, fishing, and seasonal skiing at Durango Mountain Resort.
