The Desert Rose Resort is a tranquil oasis located just a block and a half away from the vibrant Las Vegas Strip, offering guests the best of both worlds. It’s an ideal spot for those who want to enjoy the excitement of Las Vegas while having a peaceful retreat to return to. The resort features condo-style suites with fully equipped kitchens, comfortable living and dining areas, all adorned with sleek, contemporary furnishings and a warm color palette. Guests can relax by the outdoor pool, which is described as a refreshing hideaway, distinct from the crowded pools of some Vegas hotels. The resort also offers amenities like a fitness center, barbecue area, and a poolside bar, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Despite its proximity to the Strip, the resort is known for its clean and comfortable rooms, though it’s worth noting that there may be occasional noise due to its central location. Overall, Desert Rose Resort is celebrated for providing a winning deal in Las Vegas without the need to step foot in a casino, offering a serene environment with all the necessary amenities for a memorable stay! NOTE: Guest Checking in must be 21 or older. A credit card is required at check in for the $250 security deposit. This is a cashless resort. Desert Rose's neighboring property, Tropicana Casino is now closed and has begun liquidation and construction. Since these locations share a property line the surrounding buildings, parking lots, and landscaping will be experiencing disturbances during the demolition and construction. Tropicana Casino towers is scheduled for demolition in the 4th Quarter of 2024. After the demolition, construction will start on a new baseball stadium set to be completed in January 2028. Travelers visiting Desert Rose may encounter noise, dust, odor, work crews on-site, traffic detours and more. The resort's only pool and spa will be re-plastered beginning Jan. 5, 2025 through Feb. 9, 2025. The pool and spa is located in the center of the resort so there will be times when debris may be visible. Additionally, you may encounter noise, dust, odor, and work crews on-site during these times. DATES SUBJECTED TO CHANGE.
