The resort sits at 1111 Gap Canyon Parkway, adjacent to WorldMark St. George where check-in occurs. Enjoy 24-hour front desk service, elevators, and air conditioning throughout the property. Pool and hot tub hours run 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily with no lifeguards on duty. Nearby attractions include hiking and biking trails, golf courses, and parks, while Zion National Park lies roughly an hour’s drive away. The location provides a quiet base far from city bustle yet convenient for exploring pioneer history and outdoor recreation. A resort-wide renovation project runs July 31 through October 15, 2026, with possible noise, dust, odors, and work crews; dates may change. There is no parking fee and no security hold—BNB Services does not collect those. Service animals are welcome per policy. This timeshare-style resort shares select amenities with the neighboring property and welcomes guests 21 and older. Quiet hours are observed from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. with no parties, smoking, or events permitted. Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM at the front desk. The person checking in must be at least 21. Guest notes: The resort will be undergoing a renovation project from Jul. 31 - Oct. 15, 2026.
