At this resort

• This is a cashless resort. A credit or debit card is required for on-site purchases. • Resort was built in 1928, completely renovated in 2000 • 1 Bedroom Plus and 2 Bedroom Plus suites have stairs to upper floor (no elevator). • Urban resorts have smaller suites than most rural or tropical properties. • All suites offer a mini kitchen including a microwave, refrigerator, and dual stovetop burners; an oven is not available. • The parking garage is located one block from the resort for a daily fee of $15 per vehicle. Please remember to stop by front desk first to unload your luggage and to see if we have one of our parking passes available before parking at the garage. • Restaurants and convenience stores in walking distance; grocery store: 1-mile walk • There are no washers and dryers in the suites. • A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in. • Guests of Riverside Suites will check in at La Cascada, located at 226 Dwyer Avenue, for a smooth and efficient arrival.
