Guests enjoy direct access to Pineapple Beach on Water Bay, two outdoor swimming pools, a fitness center, bocce ball, live entertainment, and on-site dining at the 5 O’Clock Somewhere bar and Margaritaville restaurant. The property sits above crystal-clear waters with views toward St. John, providing a true island escape while remaining convenient to nearby attractions such as Coki Point Beach and Coral World Ocean Park. On-site conveniences include Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, a business center, concierge services, a convenience store, gift shop, pool bar, sunbathing areas, EV charging, and 24-hour security. This is a cashless resort requiring a credit or debit card for all on-site purchases. A $250 security deposit hold is requested at check-in via credit card; BNB Services does not collect this or any parking fees. Limited on-site parking is available at no charge. During periods of excessive sargassum seaweed, typically April through October, the on-site beach may be inaccessible and scheduled transportation to Coki Beach is provided. The resort is ideal for travelers who value organized activities, beach proximity, and the laid-back Margaritaville atmosphere. Primary guests must be at least 21 with valid photo ID. No pets are permitted. Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM at the front desk.
