Two-story buildings house the studio through three-bedroom units; no elevators are present. Limited self-parking is available on site at no charge. The resort is ideal for guests who enjoy both on-site relaxation and nearby attractions such as golf at Patricia Island, Har-Ber Village museum, and local casinos. Afton, Oklahoma, is a short drive away for additional dining and supplies. There is no parking fee and no security hold—BNB Services does not collect those. The 24-hour front desk assists with check-in starting at 4:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and the minimum guest age is 21. No parties, pets, smoking, or events are permitted. The person checking in must be at least 21.
