The property sits at 7,000 feet elevation, providing cooler summer temperatures than Phoenix and possible snow from October through April. Location is convenient for exploring Flagstaff’s attractions such as historic downtown, Lowell Observatory, Museum of Northern Arizona, Walnut Canyon National Monument, and Arizona Snowbowl, all within a short drive. The Grand Canyon is approximately 85 miles away for day trips. A $250 security deposit hold is required at check-in via credit card; BNB Services does not collect this fee. No resort fee applies. No live construction or renovation alerts are in effect. Vehicle recommended for area dining and groceries 1–5 miles away. Guest must be 21 or older to check in. This resort is ideal for families, couples, and groups seeking a blend of on-site relaxation and access to northern Arizona’s natural and historic sites. Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM at the front desk. The person checking in must be at least 21.
