The resort sits at 3200 W Twain Ave, roughly one mile from the Strip and adjacent to Rio Las Vegas Casino. On-site amenities include a fitness center, business center, convenience store, and complimentary Wi-Fi. A credit card authorization for the $250 security deposit is required at check-in; BNB Services does not collect this hold. An active exterior painting project runs through late November 2024, bringing scaffolding, occasional noise, and possible temporary amenity closures.
