The campus-style layout features limited elevators, so most suites require stairs; a car is recommended to fully enjoy the grounds and nearby attractions. Free self-parking is available on-site. A $250 security deposit is requested at check-in via credit card imprint; BNB Services does not collect this fee. Guest notes: include past renovation impacts on specific associations and adjacent non-resort construction expected through spring 2026; confirm details upon arrival. Edisto Island provides a slower southern pace with Edisto Beach State Park, Botany Bay Plantation Heritage Preserve, and the Edisto Island Serpentarium just minutes away. Local dining features Lowcountry favorites at spots like SeaCow Eatery, while Charleston shopping and attractions lie about an hour north. The adjacent Plantation Course at Edisto offers championship golf for enthusiasts.
