The resort sits at 110 Willow Bend Drive in Branson, Missouri, providing easy access to the 76 Strip just four miles away along with nearby attractions such as Silver Dollar City, Table Rock Lake, and White Water. A car is recommended for exploring the area. All transactions at the resort are cashless, requiring credit or debit cards. A $250 security deposit is requested at check-in via credit card; BNB Services does not collect this or any parking fees. The minimum check-in age is 21. Front desk service operates 24 hours. Recreation center rules require children under 14 to be accompanied by an adult. The property features free on-site self-parking, Wi-Fi, concierge services, a business center, and tram service. Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM at the front desk. The person checking in must be at least 21.

Hot tub is open year-round. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty.
