• A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in. • This is a cashless resort. A credit or debit card is required for on-site purchases. • Free parking for one vehicle per unit in our garages; additional vehicles can park across the street at the LAZ Parking Garage - Ocean Center (connects to resort via overhead covered walkway fee). • All units have sofa beds in the living area except studios and presidential units. Studio units are smaller than typical WorldMark studios and do not include ovens. • We are unable to provide parking for boats or trailers in the parking garage. • All one-bedroom suites only provide a hallway view. • This is a non-smoking resort. • This resort is a mixed-use facility. The resort shares common areas, gym, and the South Tower garage is not managed by Wyndham Destinations, so your experience may vary between areas of the resort. • Standard 2-bedroom lock-offs may have a view of the ocean. The 2-bedroom deluxe lock-offs have street and intercostal views. Views are not guaranteed. • The lazy river and waterslide, located in the south tower, are not managed by Wyndham Ocean Walk and may be subjected to unexpected closures.
