The lodge-style resort sits steps from the Frostwood Gondola, providing true ski-in/ski-out convenience without the need for a shuttle. Guests enjoy a heated outdoor pool, multiple outdoor hot tubs, a fitness center, BBQ and fire-pit areas, and on-site ski storage with valet service. The property is located at 7,000 feet elevation in Utah’s Rocky Mountains, roughly 1.5 miles from historic Main Street Park City. Visitors can walk or take free local shuttles to downtown shops, restaurants, and galleries, while nearby trails support hiking, mountain biking, and golf in warmer months. On-site parking is available in the covered garage for $20 per night with in-and-out privileges; BNB Services does not collect this fee or the $250 security deposit hold required at check-in. A current resort alert notes the pool will be closed July 6–18, 2026 for maintenance. The front desk operates 24 hours daily. All guests must be at least 21 years old, and the resort enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties, pets, or smoking are permitted. This is an ideal base for winter ski trips, summer trail exploration, or attending the Sundance Film Festival. The resort’s location places guests minutes from additional Park City Mountain Resort terrain and the Utah Olympic Park, offering activities for every season. This 1-bedroom deluxe suite offers a private king bed in the master bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for up to 4 guests. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, ice maker and dining area. A private bathroom provides shower and tub facilities. In-unit washer and dryer are available along with a private balcony or patio. Additional layout features include a fireplace and ceiling fan. The suite measures approximately 763 square feet.
