The resort’s winding brick paths wind through colorful gardens of hibiscus and bougainvillea, creating a tranquil setting for families and couples seeking a relaxed coastal escape. The property operates as a WorldMark timeshare resort within the larger La Paloma Beach & Tennis Resort community. All listed amenities are shared on-site facilities available to registered guests. Limited on-site parking provides one space per unit; boats, RVs and trailers are not permitted. There is no parking fee and no security deposit hold required. Rosarito’s walkable malecón, local restaurants and shops are a short drive away, while the lively centers of Tijuana and Ensenada lie within easy reach for day trips. Surfing, deep-sea fishing and golf at nearby Real del Mar are popular regional activities. No construction or operational disruptions are currently reported. Front desk reception is staffed 24 hours daily. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Proof of citizenship is required for travel to Mexico. The resort enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and prohibits parties, smoking and pets. The person checking in must be at least 21. This two-bedroom suite accommodates up to six guests with a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all necessary cookware and dining utensils. Two bathrooms feature showers only with no bathtub. In-unit washer and dryer provide convenience for longer stays. A private balcony offers outdoor space with a gas barbecue grill. The layout includes a living area with cable TV, DVD player, and stereo. Pedestal fans provide air circulation.
