The resort features an outdoor swimming pool and children’s pool that operate seasonally, plus year-round outdoor hot tubs open daily from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. An activities center, fitness room, barbecue and picnic areas, laundry facilities, and movie rentals complete the on-site amenities. Guests arrive at the 24-hour front desk for check-in at 4:00 p.m. and receive assigned suites. The property provides limited on-site parking at no charge; boats, RVs, and trailers cannot be stored. There is no resort fee and no security deposit required. Stateline’s shops, restaurants, and Heavenly Village are minutes away, while Heavenly Ski Resort gondola access and Lake Tahoe beaches lie within a short drive. Hiking, boating, fishing, and casino entertainment are all nearby. The resort sits among tall pines with sweeping mountain views. No elevators serve most buildings, and high elevation may affect some guests. Service animals are welcome; emotional support animals are not permitted. Quiet hours run from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Minimum age is 21. No parties, smoking, or pets are allowed. Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM at the front desk. This spacious one-bedroom resort suite measures approximately 650 square feet and sleeps up to four guests. The private bedroom features one queen bed. The living area includes one queen sleeper sofa, a gas fireplace, and access to a private balcony. A full kitchen with dining area provides cooking and meal space. The suite offers one full private bathroom. In-unit laundry is available. Views, décor, and exact layouts may vary slightly as units are assigned at check-in. Housekeeping for trash removal is provided, with pack-and-play available on request.
