Reunion Resort offers a spacious gated community experience ideal for families and groups seeking Orlando-area adventures with resort-style amenities on site. Guests enjoy three championship golf courses designed by Arnold Palmer, Tom Watson and Jack Nicklaus, a five-acre water park featuring a lazy river, slides and splash zones, plus seven community pools that remain open late. Tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center, miniature golf and multiple on-site restaurants and bars complete the resort commons. The 2,300-acre property sits in Reunion, Florida, roughly ten to fifteen minutes from Walt Disney World and a short drive to Universal Orlando and SeaWorld. A car is recommended for full exploration of the area, though an on-site 24-hour shuttle serves the resort grounds. The resort is cashless with pay-as-you-go dining and no retroactive discounts; a suite key or wristband is required for any available perks. Check-in requires a guest age of 21 or older, a credit card and a $250 security deposit. BNB Services does not collect the security deposit. Luggage carts are unavailable and package fees apply. No RV or trailer parking is permitted. Water park access is limited to eight people per reservation. Golf and other activities are subject to availability and seasonal hours. Nearby draws include theme park entertainment, shopping and dining options throughout the Orlando region. The resort operates inside a gated community with 24-hour security. No major construction or operational alerts are currently reported. Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM at the front desk. The person checking in must be at least 21. This 1 Bedroom suite features a private bedroom with one king bed and a separate living area with a queen sleeper sofa, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and all necessary cookware, dishes, and utensils. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower or soaker tub, double vanity, and granite finishes provides private access, often with an en-suite feel from the bedroom. In-unit washer and dryer are available for guest convenience. The open layout includes central air conditioning, smart TVs, and keyless entry. A private patio or balcony with outdoor seating may be present depending on the assigned unit. Fresh linens, towels, and basic essentials are provided. Please refer to posted pool signage for more information. • Access to the waterpark is a maximum of eight people per reservation made.
