Tower IV sits across the street yet shares full use of pools and facilities.

EV chargers and 24-hour security are also provided. The resort is smoke-free except in designated outdoor areas.
A vehicle is recommended due to limited on-site parking (one vehicle per unit, covered and surface options, no fee for standard vehicles). Motorcycles enjoy 24-hour secured covered parking; trailers are not permitted on-site but nearby paid options exist. A $250 credit card authorization is required at check-in for the security deposit. BNB Services does not collect parking or deposit fees.
Nearby draws include Ocean Drive Beach, Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, Ripley’s Aquarium, golf courses, mini-golf, Cherry Grove Pier, and local dining and shopping within a short drive. No current construction alerts are posted on the official resort page. The property is a Wyndham-affiliated timeshare resort with organized activities and direct beachfront location. Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM at the front desk. The person checking in must be at least 21.

The 3 Bedroom Presidential suite spans 1739 square feet and accommodates up to 8 guests across three bedrooms and one bathroom. Bedroom 1 features a king bed, Bedroom 2 features a king bed, and Bedroom 3 features two double beds. The living area includes a sofa bed. A full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, and utensils. In-unit washer and dryer provide convenience. The master bathroom includes a whirlpool tub. A private balcony offers views that vary and are not guaranteed. The layout centers on comfortable sleeping arrangements, a complete kitchen for meal preparation, and shared living space with direct access to the bathroom.
