Wi-Fi is available throughout for staying connected. The property sits in the scenic Hunt area, roughly 80 miles northwest of San Antonio, with convenient highway access for day trips. Guests enjoy on-site pools and hot tub open daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., plus grounds perfect for relaxing after river tubing, hiking, or winery visits nearby. No elevators serve many buildings, and parking is limited to one vehicle per unit with no boats, RVs, or trailers permitted. Nearby draws include Guadalupe River tubing and fishing, Kerrville-Schreiner Park, Lost Maples State Natural Area, Enchanted Rock, and Stonehenge II. The resort is ideal for those who want resort-style amenities without leaving the natural beauty of the Texas Hill Country. There is no parking fee and no security deposit hold. BNB Services does not collect these fees. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM with a 24-hour front desk available. Minimum age to check in is 21. The resort is a WorldMark by Wyndham timeshare property with units assigned at arrival. This Studio Presidential offers a compact layout for two guests. The living area features a queen Murphy bed that folds away to maximize space during the day. A mini kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, sink, and basic cookware for simple meals. The 0.75 bathroom provides a shower and toilet. In-unit laundry is not available in studio units. No balcony is included. The design focuses on efficient use of space with essential furnishings for a comfortable stay.
