About this stay
Old Town Alexandria places families, couples, and solo travelers in the heart of Colonial-era streets while offering seamless Metro access to Washington D.C. The resort at 1757 King Street sits two minutes from the King St-Old Town station, letting guests wander cobblestone boulevards, waterfront dining, and historic sites by day before returning to shared resort commons for rest.
On-site amenities center on practical comfort with a fitness center, laundry facilities on every floor, property-wide Wi-Fi, concierge services, business center, owner lounge, elevator access, EV charging, and a game room. No pool exists on property, yet abundant restaurants, shops, and attractions remain within easy walking distance. The location also sits near the George Washington Masonic National Memorial, Torpedo Factory Art Center, Market Square, and Potomac River waterfront.
A $25 nightly parking fee applies for one vehicle per unit. A $250 security deposit hold is required at check-in. BNB Services does not collect these fees. The minimum check-in age is 21, the resort is non-smoking, and quiet hours run from 10 PM to 8 AM. Daytime excursions reach the U.S. Capitol, Smithsonian museums, and national monuments via the adjacent Metro line. Evening strolls reveal Alexandria’s historic architecture, boutiques, and riverfront parks. The property’s shared spaces support both productivity and downtime without requiring off-site travel for basic needs.
Front desk service operates 24 hours with luggage assistance available through third-party services. This setup suits guests who value location convenience and straightforward resort commons over extensive recreational facilities. Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM at the front desk.
