This hillside resort is ideal for couples, families, and groups seeking relaxation paired with resort amenities including an outdoor swimming pool with waterfall, outdoor hot tubs, tennis courts, fitness center, and coin-operated laundry facilities.
On-site dining options feature casual beachside fare at Sangria’s Beachside Bistro and finer Caribbean cuisine at the Fish Market, along with a pool bar for refreshing drinks. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Guests enjoy beach access with chairs, volleyball, and water sports rentals nearby, plus an activities desk to arrange snorkeling, sailing, jet skiing, and fishing excursions.
The resort sits on the East End near the St. Thomas Yacht Club and a short distance from Red Hook ferry terminal, American Yacht Harbor, and Sapphire Beach. Limited self-parking is available at no charge. A $250 security deposit is required at check-in via credit card; BNB Services does not collect this hold. There is no parking fee.
Note the hillside layout requires a minimum of 50 stairs from the lobby to buildings. A shuttle operates until 9 p.m. for transport to unit buildings. The resort will undergo renovations from March 1, 2027 through June 8, 2027, during which noise, dust, and work crews may be present. Minimum check-in age is 21. Front desk hours are 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM at the front desk. The person checking in must be at least 21.

The Studio Parlor is a 585 square foot studio suite featuring two double beds in the main living area for comfortable sleeping arrangements up to four guests. A full kitchen with dining area includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, utensils, and cookware. The private bathroom offers a shower, sink, and toilet with linens and towels provided. In-unit laundry facilities include a washer and dryer. A private balcony provides outdoor space with tropical views. Entertainment includes a flat-screen TV and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. Air conditioning maintains a comfortable climate. The layout supports self-catering stays with all essential appliances and storage. Housekeeping includes trash removal, with pack-and-play available on request.
