Laundry facilities, Wi-Fi and a gift shop complete the on-site commons. All parking is free with no resort fee or security deposit required; BNB Services does not collect any hold. Located at 18575 SW Century Drive, the property borders the Deschutes River and places guests minutes from downtown Bend shops and restaurants as well as Mt. Bachelor skiing, hiking, fishing and whitewater rafting in the surrounding national forest. Quiet hours run 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. and the minimum age for booking is 21. This is a shared-use WorldMark resort; fractional ownership rules apply and some suite types follow fixed Friday-to-Friday weeks. No construction or operational alerts are active beyond standard ownership-change room-move notices. Service animals are welcome per policy. Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM at the front desk. Guest notes: Fractional Suite Type Awareness: All Fractional Suite Types are Fixed week Friday-Friday. This studio suite offers a compact hotel-room-style layout designed for two guests. The main living area features a double sleeper sofa that converts into the primary sleeping space. In-unit laundry facilities provide a washer and dryer for guest convenience. A private balcony or patio extends the living space with outdoor seating.
