The location places you minutes from HarborWalk Village, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlets, and Henderson Beach State Park. Water sports, fishing excursions, and shopping are easily reachable by car. Note that a credit card is required for the $250 security deposit at check-in, and parking costs $10 per stay in the on-site garage. BNB Services does not collect these fees.

At least one elevator will remain available, though noise, dust, and work crews may be present. Dates are subject to change. Minimum check-in age is 21. No RV or trailer parking is permitted. Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM at the front desk. The person checking in must be at least 21.

This 2 Bedroom Lock Off suite combines a one-bedroom suite and a one-bedroom deluxe suite connected by an interior door for flexible privacy. The layout features two bedrooms each with a king bed. The living area includes two sofa beds for additional sleeping space. A partial kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, stove, dishwasher, and basic dishes and utensils. Two full bathrooms provide private facilities with showers. In-unit washer and dryer are available for guest convenience. The suite offers air conditioning, heating, and a living room with TV and DVD player. Linens, towels, and toiletries are provided.
