On-site dining options feature casual beachside fare at Sangria’s Beachside Bistro and finer Caribbean cuisine at the Fish Market, along with a pool bar for refreshing drinks. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The resort sits on the East End near the St. Thomas Yacht Club and a short distance from Red Hook ferry terminal, American Yacht Harbor, and Sapphire Beach. Limited self-parking is available at no charge. A $250 security deposit is required at check-in via credit card; BNB Services does not collect this hold. There is no parking fee.
Note the hillside layout requires a minimum of 50 stairs from the lobby to buildings. A shuttle operates until 9 p.m. for transport to unit buildings. The resort will undergo renovations from March 1, 2027 through June 8, 2027, during which noise, dust, and work crews may be present. Minimum check-in age is 21. Front desk hours are 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM at the front desk. The person checking in must be at least 21.

This 867-square-foot Studio Parlor Loft offers a compact yet comfortable layout for up to four guests. The open living area features two double beds for sleeping. A full kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and dining area for preparing meals. The single full bathroom provides a shower. In-unit washer and dryer add convenience. A private balcony allows outdoor relaxation with fresh air. The design maximizes space in a studio-style floor plan with all essential living functions integrated into one cohesive area. Housekeeping services are available on request for trash removal. A pack-and-play may be provided upon request. Unit assignment occurs at check-in with photos serving as examples only.
