Guests enjoy direct access to on-site pools including a heated indoor option and seasonal outdoor pools with lazy river, multiple hot tubs, sauna, steam room, and a full fitness center. The resort features two 18-hole championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball courts, miniature golf, a marina with boat slips, lake beach access, and a children’s playground. The gated community sits in a rural campus-style setting at 747 Buffalo Creek Road, Lake Lure, North Carolina. A personal vehicle is essential due to the spread-out layout where amenities may be a short drive within the property. Nearby draws include Chimney Rock State Park, scenic Blue Ridge drives, and the famous Lake Lure shoreline, all within a 15-minute radius. A $250 refundable security deposit hold is required at check-in via credit card authorization; BNB Services does not collect this fee. Complimentary self-parking is provided with no resort or parking fees. There are currently no live construction or operational alerts at the resort. Front desk operations run limited daily hours, with check-in typically beginning at 4:00 PM. The property maintains 24-hour security and offers concierge services, a business center, and casual dining options on site. This is an ideal base for guests who value on-site recreation, lake activities, and easy access to Western North Carolina’s natural attractions without the need for off-site shuttles. Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM at the front desk. The person checking in must be at least 21. This 720-square-foot one-bedroom deluxe suite features a private bedroom with a king bed and a separate living area with a queen sleeper sofa. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all necessary dishes and utensils. A dining area provides seating for meals. The oversized bathroom offers a whirlpool tub and shower. In-unit washer and dryer are provided for guest convenience. A private balcony extends the living space outdoors. Separate living and dining areas create a comfortable layout for up to four guests. Furnishings and views may vary as units are assigned at check-in. Housekeeping services including trash removal are available on request along with a pack-and-play if needed.

• Please be advised that the local area is a seasonal destination, therefore some amenities and activities are not available through the winter season. • Guests checking in to Fairways of the Mountains, Foxrun or Mountain Loft will need to check in at Vacation Resorts International, located at 180 Herman Wilson Road, Lake Lure, North Carolina 28746. • Some of our suites have multiple stairs on the inside and outside the suite. • Car needed; resort is in a rural campus-like environment with amenities 1-2 miles from suites. • Motorcycles are not permitted. • Most suites have views of the woods; no lake views. • Grocery is approximately 5 miles; other shopping is approximately 20 miles. • A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in. • Suites in the Mountain Loft association require up to 25 steps to enter the suite. All suites require steps to the loft area. • Steps outside located at the Foxrun/Foxden association may vary depending on the suite's location. Inside the suite requires up to 17 steps. • Steps to access Fairway of the Mountains suites are minimal.
